SENATE BILL NO. 87 "An Act relating to principal and income in                                      
the administration of trusts and decedents' estates and the mental                                  
health trust fund; adopting a version of the Uniform Principal and                                  
Income Act; and providing for an effective date" was read the second

Senator Ben Stevens moved and asked unanimous consent that the bill                                 
be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final
